Combining the disciplines of composition, instrumental performance and recording engineering, Joachim Horsley's approach is tempered with an understanding of how music and sound serve the greater concept.

He composes music for TV shows and promos airing on NBC, ABC, HBO, TruTV, A&E, The Biography Channel, The History Channel and The Travel Channel. He has worked on many films, four of which were nominated for Student Academy Awards in 2008. He recently won the Grand Prize (pop category) in the John Lennon Songwriting Contest for his song "I Want Your Love", performed by his band LittleHorse. He is also called upon as a composer and arranger for many rock and pop groups on major and indy record labels.
